MAXIMUM MEDIA ? TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking & Payment Payment is due at the time of booking. Services will not be delivered until payment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Late and same-day cancellations may be charged 50%. No-shows will be charged 100%. Weather-related reschedules are allowed if communicated in advance.
Property Readiness The property must be clean and ready at the scheduled time. If not, the shoot will proceed as-is. Maximum Media does not provide cleaning, moving, or staging unless pre-arranged.
Access The photographer will wait up to 10 minutes for access to the property. If access is not provided within that time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and may be charged 100%.
Turnaround Time Standard delivery is 24-48 hours, depending on project scope.
Reshoots & Edits Reshoots are only provided for technical errors.
Usage Rights Media is licensed for marketing the specific property only (MLS, social media, etc.). Maximum Media retains copyright. Content may not be reused or transferred without permission.
Liability Liability is limited to the cost of the service. Maximum Media is not responsible for property condition or inaccessible areas.
Delivery & Storage Media is delivered and stored for 30 days. Clients are responsible for downloading files.
